- In the login screen, click “Forgot your password?”
- In the “Reset Password” screen that appears, enter your email and click “Send”
- Check your mail, possibly under spam / advertising, you should have an email from Alarmhandler titled “Reset your password”
- Click the link in the email, which will open a browser window where you can select the new password
- In the “Enter Password” screen, enter the password and click the “Update password” button
- The bottom of the “Update password” screen displays “Your password has been updated”
- Now you can log on in the app or on the website with your email and your new password
