In order to ensure that other customers are not inconvenienced by another customer’s high usage of the service, Alarmhandler.com has established the following policy for acceptable use of the service (AUP):
- Maximum 5 IP cameras or old phones across all of your estates
- The service receives no more than 1 connection per camera at a time
- The service receives no more than 1 image or video from the camera per second
- Image or video transfer to Alarmhandler should only occur upon abnormality detection by the camera – the system is not intended for continious recording
By violation of the AUP, Alarmhandler can suspend or terminate access to the service, see also our terms of service.
